Refund policy

The "User" is entitled to cancel an order at least 1 (one) calendar day prior to the scheduled delivery date. However, if the order has already been dispatched by the "Store," the "User" will receive a refund, minus the costs of delivery and return shipping. The refund will be processed within 5 (five) business days after the "Store" receives the returned order.
