Terms of service

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between "Amigurumi Tbilisi" (represented Tamar Barnabishvili, Tax ID 01005021125, hereinafter referred to as the "Store") and all users who purchase toys and/or services from the "Store" (hereinafter referred to as the "User").

By using this website, the "User" confirms their acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Article 1: Intellectual Property Rights

1.1. The logo, photos, product designs, descriptions, services, and the name "Amigurumi Tbilisi" displayed on the "Store's" website are the property of the "Store" and are protected by law. Therefore, the "User" may only use them for personal purposes and is not authorized to modify, translate, sell, or use them for commercial purposes.

Article 2: Privacy Policy

2.1. By using this website, the "User" agrees to receive text messages and/or emails from the "Store" regarding their order.

2.2. The "Store" is responsible for the security of the personal information (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Information") provided by the "User" during registration and/or order placement on this website.

2.3. The "Store" is authorized to process the "Personal Information" and send promotional messages to the "User's" mobile phone and email.

2.4. The "Store" is authorized to process "Personal Information" in accordance with the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection.

2.5. The "Store" reserves the right to transfer "Personal Information" to third parties in compliance with the requirements of Georgian law, for the protection of its legal interests in legal disputes, and/or in the event of reorganization, merger, or sale of the "Store."

Article 3: Order Cancellation and Refunds

3.1. The "User" is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing an order. The "User" is liable for any errors in the order resulting from incorrect information provided, not the "Store."

3.2. The "User" is entitled to cancel an order at least 1 (one) calendar day prior to the scheduled delivery date. However, if the order has already been dispatched by the "Store," the "User" will receive a refund, minus the costs of delivery and return shipping. The refund will be processed within 5 (five) business days after the "Store" receives the returned order.

Article 4: Website Registration

4.1. The "User" is authorized to register on the website to place and manage orders or to place an order as a guest without registration.

4.2. The data provided by the "User" during registration is subject to the "Store's" privacy policy as outlined in Article 2 of these terms and conditions.

4.3. The "User" may cancel their registration at any time by sending a request from the email used during registration to contact@amigurumi.ge. The "User's" profile will be deleted within 2 business days of receiving the complete request.

Article 5: Final Provisions

5.1. The place of execution for these terms and conditions is the legal address of the "Store": 41 G. Brcqinvale Street, Didi Dighomi, Tbilisi, Georgia.
